NaPoWriMo #14 – gasping

the air within this space is claustrophobic, take deep breaths
filled with your scent and inhale gas
wafting up from a stolen shirt that smells of sweat and sex and
I can not escape the death of
the memory of our time when we shared
together everything
without returning it in one piece

This is an example of a cleave poem.

Wonderful cleave (now that I know what a cleave is!)! I really love how each of the three poems says something different but meaningful. Really well done.

Wonderful poem. All three parts work together, echoing each other but also standing apart.

    This came together very well!
